What Do We Need to Know?
Before shooting us an email, make sure you include all the information below.
- What is the problem? What isn’t working, and how did you expect it to work?
- When and how the bug appeared. What did you do when it happened? Did it happen every time you tried to do it?
- Which login method you are using, and which email is connected to your account. This can be found at the bottom of your screen on the settings page.
- Which version of the app you are currently using. This can be found at the bottom of your screen on the settings page.
- Which device are you using the app on?
- If it’s a visual bug, please attach screen recordings or print screens.
