I’ve Found a Bug – What to Do?

If you find something that doesn’t work as expected in the app, we are very grateful if you take the time to report it to us at app@strengthlog.com.

On the bottom of the settings page, you can see which email you are logged in with and which version of the app you are using. At the top of your home screen, you are able to see your username.

What Do We Need to Know?

Before shooting us an email, make sure you include all the information below.

  • What is the problem? What isn’t working, and how did you expect it to work?
  • When and how the bug appeared. What did you do when it happened? Did it happen every time you tried to do it?
  • Which login method you are using, and which email is connected to your account. This can be found at the bottom of your screen on the settings page.
  • Which version of the app you are currently using. This can be found at the bottom of your screen on the settings page.
  • Which device are you using the app on?
  • If it’s a visual bug, please attach screen recordings or print screens.
