How to Get the Most out of Our Training Log

Searching in the Training Log

From the home screen, you can easily access the training log, where you’ll find all your logged workouts. If you want to find a specific workout, you can search for it in the search bar at the top of your screen. In addition, you can search for specific exercises, comments, or workouts. For example: if you search for “Overhead Press” – you’ll only see workouts that include overhead press. You are also able to see if your workout belongs to a pre-made program/workout or not by looking at the color to the left. All our programs/workouts are put in categories, that are specified by a certain color, like Powerbuilding that’s green in the picture below.

Share Your Workout on Social Media

If you want to show your friends/followers/coach what you have been training – we have you covered. We have a function to share a summary of your workout and one for sharing the whole workout.

To Share a Summary of Your Workout

  1. Go to the training log and pick the workout you want to share.
  2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner.
  3. Choose Image for sharing and pick Select image. Choose the picture you want as the background. You can choose between two different formats (1:1 and 9:16), and a bunch of different statistics. When you’re done with your image, you can either share it on Instagram directly or save it to your phone. You’ll see an example of this in the pictures below.

To Share a Picture of Your Whole Workout

  1. Go to the training log and pick the workout you want to share.
  2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner.
  3. Choose Save image of the whole workout. A picture of your workout will be saved in your phone’s gallery. You’ll see an example of this in the picture below.

Train Again

If you want to repeat one of your previous workouts, go to your training log and pick the workout you want to repeat. Then, click on the three dots in the upper right corner and choose Train again. You have two choices: either start an identical workout or modify it by changing weights and/or reps (the latter is a premium function). You can choose to modify the workout each exercise separately or the entire workout. See the example below.
