StrengthLog tracks all your personal records as you make them, but what if you have old records that you want to register? This is how to do it.
- Click on the graph icon on your start page.
- Click on Records.
- Choose the exercise you want to add a new PR to.
- Click on the + sign in the upper right corner.
- Fill in the weight, reps and the date for your PR. Don’t forget to click Add when you’re done.
