How to Register Old Personal Records

StrengthLog tracks all your personal records as you make them, but what if you have old records that you want to register? This is how to do it.

  1. Click on the graph icon on your start page.
  2. Click on Records.
  3. Choose the exercise you want to add a new PR to.
  4. Click on the + sign in the upper right corner.
  5. Fill in the weight, reps and the date for your PR. Don’t forget to click Add when you’re done.
