Is It Possible to Backdate a Workout?

To log and backdate a workout, you start a new workout just like you would if you were about to log it in real-time. Remember that you still need to mark all sets as done (or just click Mark all set as done when the app asks you what you want to do with the unchecked sets at the end of your workout).

When you have logged all exercises and sets in the workout and start the saving process, you’ll get the chance to change the date and time of the workout. When the workout is saved, you will find it in your training log under the chosen date.
