Challenges In the StrengthLog App


As you might have noticed, every once in a while – a challenge appears on your home screen. The challenges are completely volontary to take part in, and if you’re not interested in seeing them you can just tap and hold on the widget. When the widget starts to vibrate, you can drag and drop it at the bottom of your home screen.


What is a challenge?

It’s a gift from us at the Strengthlog team, to you! In my example pictures it’s about bench pressing, but it could really be anything. This challenge is a whole month long, but that could vary too.

But what if I don’t want to/have access to do the exercises in the challenge?

Then you’ll have to wait for the next one, sorry buddy! One way around this is to create a goal with the same numbers, but with an exercise that suits your needs better. (No, it’s not cheating – you can do exactly as you want!)

What happens if I don’t make it?

Nothing at all. You did your best (or not, that doesn’t matter either). The challenges is just for fun, and a way to keep you motivated. If you don’t reach that 100% – there will be another challenge soon and you’ll get a second chance!

What do I get if I succeed with a challenge?

Gains! And more gains! A part from that, you should pat yourself on the shoulder for a good job. Like we said, this is just for fun 🙂
